What we collect
When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you build a deck we record which of your brains you selected, the deck type and focus, the optional company URL, and the slide copy produced (headlines, bullets, body, and speaker notes — each with a citation pointer to the brain page it came from).
What we don't collect
We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you generate. Every deck belongs to the account that made it.
Where data lives
Application data (decks, slides, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — Pitch Deck Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources. Slide PNGs and the PDF export are rendered on demand and never stored.
Company-URL crawl
If you add a company URL, we fetch its public pages once (respecting robots.txt, https-only, a bounded same-site crawl) to use as grounding for that deck. We store the deck copy that results, not the crawled site.
Payments
Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.
Your brain content
Slides are generated only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session — Pitch Deck Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a deck deletes its slides; your brain on ounie.com is untouched.
Deletion
To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
